Create an invitation-only program
Offer a card only to a group, such as a company's staff, and share its invitation link.
An invitation-only program doesn't appear on your stamp card page or your menu. Only people who get its link can join, such as the staff of a nearby company you have an agreement with.
Create the program
- Stamps
- Stamp programs
- Create or open the program
Tap New program, or Configure on one you already have. The fields are the same as for any stamp program.
- Turn off Open signup
The note below it says only people who receive the invitation link can join.
- Save
Tap Publish program or Save program. The program now shows the Invitation only badge.
Share the link
Tap Invitation link next to the program. You'll see a QR code and the link, with Copy link. Send it only to the invited group. Your whole team, Staff members included, can also open it to share it.
- People without a card create one from the link and get your open cards plus the private one.
- People who already have a card open the link, sign in with their email if asked, and tap Activate this card.
Either way, each person accepts the program's terms themselves. After that, your team stamps it like any other card.
Generate a new link
If the link reached the wrong people, replace it. Only Owners and Administrators can do this.
- Tap Invitation link
- Tap Generate a new link
- Tap Confirm new link
Share the new link with your group.
Opening or closing the program
If you turn Open signup back on, the program becomes public and the invitation link stops working. If you turn it off again, a new link is created, different from the old one.
Frequently asked questions
Can I sign up the company's employees myself?
No. Each person joins from the link with their own email.
Does it count toward the 10-program limit?
Yes. It's a program like any other.
Can Staff members generate a new link?
No. They can open and share the link, but only Owners and Administrators can replace it.
